I was born and raised in Pontotoc, Mississippi. I surrendered my life to the Lord when I was 14 years old a Team Impact Youth Rally at Lighthouse Church. I soon began attending services at West Heights Baptist Church in Pontotoc where God continued to bring families into my life to disciple me as I grew in my faith. I grew up a Mississippi State (MSU) fan to oppose my brother Chris, who was an Ole Miss fan... I am a recent (December 2018) Mechanical Engineering graduate from MSU where I was involved in all aspects of collegiate ministry at MSU and in our State of Mississippi. Prior to transferring to MSU, I attended Itawamba Community College in Fulton, MS where I first got involved with BSU.
Following my year-long engineering co-op with Borgwarner Transmission Systems in Water Valley, MS, I started to seek the Lord more intentionally with my future profession. Soon I realized that engineering was not the fullness that I was seeking for the kingdom, and soon after (November 2017), I sensed that God had called me into full-time vocational ministry. I surrendered to the ministry and was ordained as a minister into the Gospel ministry in March 2019 by West Heights Baptist Church.
I am passionate about students hearing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, serving on missions, and growing in their faith throughout these years as they transition into young adulthood.
